Programs Offered at InterCoast Fairfield Campus

✅ Electrical Training Program

This 900-clock-hour program is approved by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). Students are trained in residential and commercial wiring, code compliance, conduit bending, and safety practices. You must apply for an Electrical Trainee (ET) Card to begin gaining work experience under a licensed electrician in California.

✅ HVAC Technician

Train to work in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration. This program includes hands-on instruction in system diagnostics, installation, and repair. EPA Section 608 certification preparation is included to help meet employer expectations.

✅ Medical Assistant

This program prepares students for both clinical and administrative roles in medical offices and clinics. Training includes vital signs, injections, EKGs, and patient charting, along with office procedures. An externship opportunity may be available to apply these skills in a real healthcare setting.

✅ Pharmacy Technician

Learn the essential skills needed to assist pharmacists in retail or clinical settings. Topics include prescription processing, inventory management, pharmacy operations, and patient communication. Graduates may apply for licensure with the California State Board of Pharmacy after completing a background check, Live Scan, and meeting all application requirements.

This program offers focused training for individuals seeking to support those in recovery. Curriculum includes group counseling, ethics, relapse prevention, and case management. Students may qualify to register with a certification agency such as CCAPP, with additional supervised experience.
