She serves as Director of Education for Social Model Recovery Systems. She has served in the Substance Use Disorders and Co-Occurring Counseling field for 17 years. She has been a professor and Educator in the field of addiction studies since 2004 and serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Alcohol & Drug Educators (CAADE)
