On a broad scope, the job description of a Multimedia Specialist varies from day to day. This person is well-versed in the field of design, animation, video and web production and knows computer technology extremely well. They work in creative, interactive media, marketing and are responsible for video production and Web-based applications geared to educate, entertain or inform. Moreover, one might act as a liaison between development teams and marketing specialists, not only designing a product, but managing its course to completion.

What can I expect to learn in the Multimedia Specialist program?

In order to stay competitive in this job market you need to stay on top of the latest technology and have the the ability to create, design, animate, shoot and upload for all to see.
You will train with Adobe Software, learn the ins an outs of industry-current hardware (PC and Mac Computers, Prosumer Video Cameras, DSLR and Sound Equipment)

InterCoast will teach you to create special effects using film or other electronic media. Combined with your own personal talent and the new skills gained aboard with us, you will be able to design posters, t-shirt, logos, websites, create animations for web, videos, podcasts and more.
